The a.tsatloglou office is based in Drama and has been active since 2000 in the field of architectural design and interior design. Since its establishment, the office has undertaken studies and renovations concerning residences, apartment buildings, tourist accommodations, shops, medical practices, and general-use buildings — covering a wide range of architectural needs.

Since 2012, the office has expanded its activity and now specializes in the field of tourist accommodations, undertaking the study and design of hotels, rental rooms, and modern residences. Each project is treated as a unique and distinct case, with the goal of harmoniously combining aesthetics, functionality, and the client’s desires. The approach is based on personalized design, timelessness, and the creation of spaces that respond to contemporary needs while incorporating the identity of each location.

The founder of the office, Athina Tsatloglou, is a civil engineer, a graduate of the Polytechnic School of Xanthi (Democritus University of Thrace) since 1993. After graduation, during the early years of her career, she worked in architectural offices in the wider region, gaining experience in projects of various scales and styles. In 2000, she founded her own office, atsatloglou, with the aim of offering a more personal and targeted approach to spatial design. Her work is based on attention to detail and honest communication with the client.

The office consists of a dynamic and specialized team of collaborators, including an architect and interior designer, while maintaining stable partnerships with a network of external engineers — civil, electrical, mechanical, and surveyors — ensuring the comprehensive and high-quality provision of services at every stage of a project, from study to supervision and implementation.

The goal is to create sustainable, energy-efficient, aesthetic, and human-centered spaces that meet the needs of today and endure over time. Each collaboration is a relationship of trust and respect, founded on consistency, professionalism, and a genuine love for architecture.
