The synthetic organization was based on simple rectangular volumes, with equally developed facades and large, simple openings that ensure natural lighting and unobstructed views of the pool from all areas. Ceramic dividers (klostra) are placed in the semi-open spaces of the ground floor apartments, enhancing privacy and contributing to the overall architectural identity of the complex.
